Hes a 12yr old male Maltese/x. Hes cute but hes scared here and has some medical issues. His medical is as follows Generalized alopecia, BCS 4/9, grade III+ periodontal disease, otitis interna-media AS, cleaned ear. Painful while plucking/cleaning ear. Posatex 4 drops AS BID x 7 days, meloxicam 5 mg/ml: gave 0.18 ls SQ. We would do a dental at the time of neuter before he leaves. We will also get his ears cleaned out again. However, his ears and skin issues may take a little longer to heal. His intake weight was 10lbs.
